Artist Avner Zabari, known for his original whimsical art furniture, sold throughout popular galleries has created a new line of furniture and accessory pieces called ZOOLA. Zabari's first ZOOLA collection consists of 13 pieces. These new line being manufactured continues to express the artist's creativity and use of vibrant and exotic blends of color that separates Zabari's technique from other artists.
Zabari's first “open-edition” collection under the name ZOOLA will be sold at high-end retail establishments and galleries.
Avner Zabari comments, “In order to be able to better serve those interested in my artwork, I have created this special line. The collection has been designed by me and I am and will continue to work closely with the manufacturer to ensure that the ZOOLA name will carry the same quality of work as my original, numbered pieces demand.”

Pieces from the first “open-edition” collection under the name ZOOLA will be available in Summer of 2008.
Each piece within the ZOOLA collection will be hand painted with various layers of color blended together, just as the artist's original, numbered series and one-of-a-kind pieces.
What is Zoola? Zoola describes the sort of atmosphere that hangs around on those lazy summer days, when it's too hot to be doing anything and there's nothing to be done anyway, and you just sit in the shade and stare at the sunlight outside in a sort of half-conscious state. A zoola can last as little as a few minutes, or as long as days, depending on the situation.
What a zoola… I can stay like this for hours. I'm not going anywhere.
